New Account Issues:

Login issues:

  • Remember your Username and Password are case sensitive.
  • Contact Us if you can’t remember if you have an account, can’t remember you Username or your account is locked
  • Can’t remember your Password? Click on the "Reset Password" link on the login page to reset your password. Contact Us or Appriss 1.844.366.4767 if you are unable to reset your password.

Changes to Your Account:

  • How to change your Account Information
    Click on User Profile in the upper right hand side of the web page. Review and update the information as necessary and then press the 'Save' button. If you're a Practitioner and your office information has changed, Contact Us so that we can update your Practitioner information as well.
  • How to change your Account Password
    Click on USER PROFILE in the upper right hand side of the web page. Click on the 'Password Reset' grey bar of your dashboard. Follow the instructions, remembering that passwords are case sensitive.
