Help with Your PMP Account

Login issues:

  • Your email address is not case sensitive. Your password is.
  • Contact Us if you do not remember you have an account, what email address you registered with, or if you cannot log in.
  • Can’t remember your Password? Click the "Reset Password" link (in blue) on the login page. Follow the prompts to receive an email with a link to reset it.

Changes to Your Account:

  • How to change your Account Information
    Click on User Profile in the upper right hand side of the web page. Review and update the information as necessary and then press the 'Save' button. If you're a Practitioner and your office information has changed, Contact Us so that we can update your Practitioner information as well.
  • How to change your Account Password
    Once you are logged in, click User Profile in the top gray toolbar. Click Password Reset below. Change your password, remembering it is case sensitive.
